Looking at the Doctor, he raised an eyebrow in curiosity because had Jack and the Doctor actually done anything before? Koschei wasn't sure if it was worth the jealous feeling he had because really, the Doctor was on his tenth regeneration and didn't seem awfully fond of him any more, despite what he was saying, so it wasn't surprising he'd moved on.
