Jack was about to open his mouth to say something, but the mention of Ianto shut him up immediately. It wasn't that he was upset -- really, he wasn't. But the fact that he even dared bring him up at all was somewhat alarming, and showed Jack, at least in his mind, just how upset the Master really was with him.
"I really don't have to explain anything to you or to anyone. Don't sit here and pretend that you're so sad for him when you were happy to end his life." Jack shook his head. "I don't have time for this. It's stupid." He then turned from the Master and heading back in the direction of his room again. Maybe there was time to salvage this morning still.
"I'm not sad for him, he's annoying. I'm just pointing out the obvious here. You're off fucking around, abandoning everyone else so you can have a fling with the Doctor of all people. Did you not forget the whole ditching you and making you a freak thing? Or does that turn you on?" No, the Master hadn't turned away yet, he was following Jack still because yes, he was going to make a big, loud and very annoying point about this. He wasn't the kind of person who handled this kind of news well.
The closer they got to what he recalled being Jack's room, the more agitated he became, banging his hand loudly on the wall as they walked along, as if to draw as much attention as possible from the Doctor.
"Doctor? Hope you like breakfast! You're one night stand is coming!" the Master yelled obnoxiously because yes, he was a child. Oh yes, a pathetic childish thousand year old Time Lord who was no longer able to kill and destroy so instead, here he was, being annoying. With a lot of hang ups when it came to the Doctor and anything to do with him enjoying himself. "Oh dear, am I ruining the surprise declaring it? What a shame!"
