"Oh, good. I'm glad, especially since teenagers are so known for being levelheaded." The Doctor approached Zordon, just to try and knock at what looked like glass. It was impossible to resist, really, like tapping your fingers against an aquarium. "Time warp, huh?"
He left it at that, taking a step back to fully look at the head again. It didn't really sit right with him on the whole and he was naturally suspicious, but at least Zordon seemed to be well-intentioned. Not that that saved from terrible consequences, he could attest to that.
"They're passionate about protecting their home. It's served them well so far." Well, except for the few near-deaths, but he didn't need to go into that.
But as far as the warp went, he frowned. "Alpha has analyzed the seal for many years. I cannot escape without death, so I must remain here and guide my warriors, researching what little I can from here."
He squinted at the Doctor. "It's true that Gallifrey is gone?"
"Served them or you well?" The Doctor had been looking into it all already and, well. He was now at the command centre with a head that was stuck in a tube and no one else to guard it, so obviously he pulled out the sonic screwdriver and used it to try and access what data he could.
"Don't feel too bad about it. It seems pretty spacious, as big tubes for big heads go." His expression became guarded the moment Gallifrey was brought up. "Gone... Yes. Yes, it's gone. All of it and everyone."
