The Doctor flicked the Master's nose, since he could, then he took a step in to take the situation in. Tied up with his hands high enough above him that he was forced on his toes, blindfolded and he could still see the slight hints of fear with how pale he was, but there was also a familiar flush starting to creep up. Yeah, someone was starting to enjoy this more and more, rapidly.

"I know you missed me. You've been waiting, haven't you?" Of course he knew. Just as he knew that it would only be about a week longer until his fifth regeneration would put an end to the Master's reign here. But for now they could have fun.
