"I would have remembered you," Well, that was unless the Doctor was erasing memories and -- oh, wait, hang on. He did rather hint at something a little more sinister before, didn't he? Oh great, all this fuss, all this pain and he might not even remember it? Well, not remembering the begging would be nice but how could he forget the kissing. And how forward the Doctor had become. "Seems rather pointless, doesn't it? To keep coming back and seducing me, only to forget entirely. In fact, I'd argue it was a waste of time."

It wasn't. And he hoped it kept happening. But he had to make his point but he entirely submitted to the situation and embraced the whole thing. "Miss the beard?"

What?! Where exactly could his beard of gone too? Why would he ever get rid of the beard? There better be a good reason for that! Like some kind of patchy beard problem. Or, you know, being a woman.
