By this time, Jack was mostly asleep. His wrists hurt and by now the toy had slid out of him, and to top it off, he was cold and immensely frustrated. If his eyes hadn't been covered, they would have been glaring daggers at the Doctor.

He lay there with his wrists above his head and his jaw set, having been awoken by the sound of the TARDIS.

"Pissed off, really. God, I thought I was going to have some explaining to do in the morning. What the hell took you so long?!"
