He hadn't expected to feel the cold metal ring around him, and indeed it had been some time since he wore it last, but feeling the pinch of it settling in was quickly dulled by the movement of the vibrator so suddenly inside him. He cried out and clenched his fists, the action leaving him shaking a little and leaving him to fully fill the ring around him.

He could hear the rustle of fabric from the Doctor, and he had to wonder what he was removing. Probably his long coat at the very least. No sense in getting something so nice dirty.
