Well. He feels miserable, but he's stable right now. I have a few hours more time. As long as he doesn't fall asleep he should be fine.

Well, it's a new one. Not very pretty. There's a lot of bleeding and vomiting up organs, although so far John just bled from the nose.

Please tell me you can fix this. I really don't want him to die.
